Plymouth County will be building an environmental education center at Hillview Park. The ECO Center will feature a deck overlooking the elk enclosure, classroom space/meeting and gathering rooms, and educational displays. The ECO Center is a much needed addition to the conservation board’s education program. We are currently working with M+ Architect, Nathan Kalaher.
