The Plymouth County Conservation Board is selling these reusable grocery bags for $12. Bags can be purchased at some area grocery stores or by contacting the park office at Hillview Park. Americans use billions of plastic bags each year, Many of these end up in landfills. By using a bag like this you can not only keep bags out of the landfills but you could save yourself some money. Some grocery stores will give you a credit for bringing in your own grocery bag. |
|
The profits made from these bags will help build a conservation education center at Hillview Park, just west of Hinton, Iowa.
